We bought 2 of these to do some testing with Detroit style pizza they worked great and will be ordering more when we add it to the menu soon.

This pan has been working great for my Detroit pizza. It’s a well built pan and is the perfect size for my small outdoor pizza oven, also works in the regular oven. The pizza pops out easily after cooking and is enough for a meal of 2-3 people.

Good but Overpriced

For $40 a pan I was expecting something thicker. The pan works well, crust is nice but burns easily if it's close to the bottom of the oven. My wife's $10 non stick 10x13 baking pan works just as well for much less.

Excellent pizza pan once seasoned.

My first pizza was a nightmare because it was so very stuck to the pan even though well oiled. Once I seasoned it well in the oven, the next pizza was a masterpiece. I recommend this pizza pan.

Sticky pan

I used so much oil in this pan to avoid the pizza from sticking and it was still a battle to get the pizza out.
