The three "chimneys" in this grill undoubtedly make the grill cover fit difficult, but it is like they didn't even measure or try. Cover fits awful; not like what is shown. I purchased two and neither one fit correctly. I will be returning both and hoping to find a more suitable cover.

Wonderful grill. Haven’t used the propane side yet, but the charcoal and smoker being able to infuse the charcoal grilled food with that smoke flavor is heavenly.

Disappointed with cover

I agree with other comments that the quality of this cover is poor. It tears easily around the smoke stacks which allows water to get through. I hate to buy another one just to have the same issue next year, but I guess that’s what I need to do as I’m starting to notice rust on my pit.

Disappointed With This Cover

Bought in 4/2022 and a year later, this cover showed signs of deterioration. A few months later, the cover developed cracks which allowed water to pass through. Very disappointed in the quality and durability in comparison for the price you pay for this product. Does anyone know if this product carries a warranty? Doesn’t make sense to buy this product every 16 months. Only redeeming aspect is it fits and living with it until I find a better option.

Average review for the status quo, Seemingly quality product. However it doesn't fit properly. The chiminey cover for the charcoal side does not have any room or relief for the baffle handle.

Fits the grill perfectly!

Item was damaged upon delivery and it has been a difficult time getting a hold of anyone to get the item replaced.

The grill itself was great. It was pre-assembled in poor condition though. The welding on the offset smoker charcoal tray was done poorly and the door was partially separated from the tray on delivery. Also the assembler poor the logo on the grill upside down. It was obvious that they did not care.

There was am issue with the handle breaking off the end of the smoker box when I went to move it the first time. Your customer service was top notch and actually issued a partial refund for the broken handle. I am currently working with the manufacturer and they are sending me a replacement handle. This was beyond Home Depots ability as they did not have a replacement handle. The representative in customer service was very helpful and polite!

I purchase the cover for a new grill. The cover fits perfectly over the Char Giller Texas trio with smoke box. The cover is made out of good material.

We are always happy with Char Grill and their accessories. This grill cover is a must. Looks great. Fits perfectly. Keeps the sun, rain and dirt from destroying our grill.
