Easy to assemble, done in 20 minutes.
The chair works for me at 245 pounds
I put the chair together in about 15 minutes. As suggested, attach the arms to the seat before attaching the seat onto the base. The seat cushion is a bit hard but acceptable. I love the spinal support and the ventilation offered by the back mesh.

this is a very comfortable office chair while having to work longer hours behind a computer screen
Little less than average.
Its needs work on the back support, so hard and rigid. It feels like i am always inclined towards front causing pain within few mins of usage. The armrest is so rough like sand paper i have bruises from using it for just couple hrs past week.

The front leans forward
AWESOME
Nothing here to dislike. It was a pure pleasure to assemble this chair. The screws were clearly marked and sorted, and properly indicated in the assembly guide. It took more work to get it out of the box, than it did to put it together…TWENTY (20) — TWENTY-FIVE (25) MINUTES !!!!!!!!!

Nothing special but good quality for $. Only real improvement is weight limit could be higher only 275. For a chair that will be in use by someone even lower than the weight limit over an extended period of time like working 8-10 hours a day in it, it will break a higher grade chair just last longer
