this product is not as I was told when purchased, I was told it could hold quite a weight and the wheels failed when I tried to put half the weight I was told it could hold, wheels failed and the pins fell out, if purchased by any one else I strongly recommend putting your own pins in the wheels and limit the weight
the product was damaged in the box and I needed to repair it before I could assemble or use it
The one wheel does not move with ease. Constantly have to bend and straighten out wheel to move cart.

This little cart is very helpful for carrying items from vehicle to house, eliminating the need for multiple trips.
Missing parts. Poor instructions.
Satisfied with the cart itself but would have appreciated contact information along with the product, in case I need extra parts. I broke one of the Cotter Pins, it really didn't help that it was so tiny and delicate. They could easily be lost and bent. It would help to have at least two extras with the product and contact information.

o love that yhe cart is jumbo, the only drawback are the front double wheels seem to get stuck a lot and won't go up little or over cracks in the concrete.
missing the back wheel axle. cannot finish the assembly
