Curbside Pickup
I logged in on the App for cubside pickup. 30 minutes after selecting "I am already here", I went inside to find they did not even know I was there. The lady at Customer Service, told me to move to the Loading Zone. 20 minutes later, the lady came out saying her phone did not tell her I was there when I initially logged in for arrival. I was there over an hour for curbside pickup.
I like this merchant and would buy from again.
My experience with the seller was a good one. It was explained it would take longer than usual to receive the chair. Which proved to be true. But, I received it and got it put together. The chair is nice looking and comfortable. It was not difficult to put together with a helper.
