My purchase and delivery

I have to let you know that from start to finish, I was amazed with AFI. Been a customer for years but this time the service was everything that I expected and more. My wife were looking for a love seat recliner and wanted to make sure we would be happy with our choice. After several minutes of looking, Zach Lewis asked if we had any questions, and we said that we had many. He walked us through every recliner that was on the sales floor and answered our questions. We made our purchase and bought a cabinet that my daughter in law wanted. We set up delivery and went on our way.They texted us the day before and confirmed the day and time, 8 to 10 was the time. I thought we would be waiting for hours, but showed up at 8:15. Aaron and Jerome were are delivery drivers. Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding….. had to take the recliner apart to get it in the door and to my surprise knew just what to do and did it with a smile. Going back to buy another piece of furniture in the next week or so and hope I get Aaron and Jerome again. This was an awesome experience and shows what good employees do for a business

It is a really nice sofa. The lights are really cool. It is a former sofa but I like it because I have a bad back and firm is better for me. My only complaint is the MagSafe charging feature is not very strong. I have to take my case off to get it to work. Also the same with the lightning ports - they don’t pull enough charge for me to plug my MagSafe charger in. But besides that, it is great. The USB ports work great with my charging cables.

Nice Sofa

The sofa is nice quality. It's only been a week but the sofa was exactly what was needed. The only complaint is that the LED lights can only be turned on my 1 side of the sofa and not both

Delivery was over the top and we are more than pleased with the Boyington set . after delivery it was a little larger in the home but over the top pleased.

We are very pleased with the Gray Leather Dual Power Zero Gravity Recline Conso which we recently purchased from AFW. We have them in our living room. We also purchased the 3- seater. The functionality is greatly appreciated. Our son likes it so much that he wants us to buy another set and put in our media room.
