Beautiful and very comfortable
It is comfortable and firm, and fits my small body. Very easy to assemble but not real clear on the hydraulic cylinder. And it would be best if they would not put all the stickers on the bottom that are very challenging to remove!

The most uncomfortable office chair I have ever encountered!
Assembly was fairly easy except for a few pieces that were a little "off" - a castor that didn't want to stay on and a pilot hole that was drilled a little oddly. If you are planning to sit at your desk for a long time, I would say that this may not be the chair for that kind of work, as it's not an ergonomic design. It looks great, but has a low back and not designed for lumbar support (at least for me). I have a smaller build (5'6" / 130) and did not have the issue that others mentioned of it hugging your legs too much. To me the seat has adequate space.

Avoid!
I love the design and the price but the quality really sucks. Half way through assembling it, I realized the back of the lean was badly scratched, kind of like how it was damaged and retouched to cover it up (see picture). While the faux leather doesn't look cheap, it came lumped up. Walmart provided me with a free return label because I don't have a car and the nearest Walmart is 3 hours away. But I couldn't get the spring loaded stem (metal stick part) to separate from the base. So shipping it back created a bigger challenge. I ended up having to make a bigger box to fit the entire thing. Pain in the butt!
