Adequate for the price

The quality was appropriate for the price; however, the height adjustment feature was not adequate to meet my needs. For a basic chair, it seemed appropriate.

Good chair

I purchased this chair for my office at work. Assembly was easy but it is more stiff than I prefer. With that said, my coworkers think it feels great. Shipping was fast too.

Black Manager's Chair

I have nothing good to say about this chair - it squeaks, thumps and is driving me nuts. Quill is sending another chair and we will see how this one works.

The chair goes down

Purchased two for my office and sat on the chairs for almost a year. It looks good an is a OK for the price but I wouldn't buy it again. It goes down when you sit on it.

Not Very Durable

If you are a rugged, sturdy chair do not buy this one. It does not seem to be very strong. Someone that is hefty will break this chair in a week. I think this chair will be in a land fill in a year. It is comfortable and looks ok. Maybe ok for a home office with infrequent use. Not for an office.
