Easy to assemble, just wish there were planter boxes available to fit the base, just the rite amount of light, not too bright just, very pleased with product

Im a week into trying to get ahold of customer service for a lamp that didnt work, right out of the box. My review of the lamp is below. I filled the Warranty claim out online. You are supposed to allow 24-48 hours for a response. Excluding weekends, its now been been 5 days. I called the EZ Replacement number - it just goes to voicemail.

Doesnt work

In the photo, you can see 4 cheap Hampton Bay solar pathway lights lit up well. What you cant see is the lamppost. Because although theyve all been in the sun, in the same location for 2 days, this lamp shows no sign of life. Brand new. Im so ANNOYED that Im going to have to take an hour an disassemble the darn thing to return it. As a single mom, spare time is not something I have. For $200 , youd think you could count on a product to work.

I called to report that one light does not work and they never called me back

Nice lampost light so far wish the planter material was of higher quality. Used decorative stone to stabilize. Instructions were just okay. Overall I like the brightness and the look.

We/i had gotten the Madison 2-Light Black Integrated LED Solar Lamp,Post and Planter and it lasted only 2 years lights are done one after the other... it is sttill standing... but no light (sad fasce)

Not bright enough

It is a pretty fixture but not very bright. Also, the light is very cold white, I prefer a warm tone light.

Easy to assemble. Product came with batteries charged, so we were able to see how it would look in the yard before adding weight to secure it. Lights are bright for about first 4 hours and then gradually dim as battery power is used up. Typically they are still dimly lit at dawn. We would recommend this for instant light; do not get if you want bright light all night.
