Terrible product quality, great customer service.

I ordered 2 of these racks. 1 of 2 did not include the hardware needed to assemble/use. 2 of 2 arrived broken. Customer service was very accommodating, but I would not order from this supplier again based on poor quality/lack of quality control.

Very easy to assemble and as-described; I am happy with my purchase!

The stand is great, too bad it was bent when received. The silver metal bent away from the black metal. Shipping is better packaging is recommended.

Clothing rack

Great for hanging wet non-dryable clothes. Takes up little space, very sturdy, and looks nice.

Does the job

Once together, the rack feels a bit wobbly even when the bolts are fully tightened. I still feel it's a great quality for the price though, and it was easy to put together by myself.

The product is very nice quality and is as described. The warehouse personnel are another matter.

Holds more clothes than I thought

I bought this for my clothing business I'm glad that I did because it holds much more than i thought it would. Only down side I have had with it was set up.., there were no directions so had to figure out the small bit of assembly

Purchased 1 black, loved it. Ordered 8 more. We use these racks only at our events. They are perfect and easily assembly.

Not the best

This is flimsy and easily knocked over. I do not recommend them. They've fallen over several times and we have them on lowest height.

Ordered this for a teadeshow. Received chrome when I ordered black. Had the correct color the next day. All worked out.

Excellent Rack. I needed this for heavy pant items and this does the job perfectly. I have about 20 pair of heavy duty cargo pants on this rack, about 10 on each handle and no problems. Very sturdy. Highly recommend. Very Pleased with this purchase!
