Did not fit me well

I had high hopes for this chair. I have chronic back problems, so I thought I would spend more than $100 on a chair and see if it helped. For some reason, the back of the chair does not support my back no matter how high or low I put it. I am short, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I am also disappointed that it does not sit up straighter. Even with the tilt as far forward as it will go, I still feel like I'm leaning back a bit. I'm contemplating sending it back, and I probably should. That's a lot of money to not be happy with it.

This chair is so comfortable and well made. I’ve had it for 5 years and it has held up great. Still looks new after heavy use. I’ve had 3 friends that have bought this chair after trying it. Honestly I don’t think I’ve sat in a more comfortable office chair.

Bought this chair to replace one that was causing me a lot of tailbone pain. My husband had this model. So I was able to test it out before buying one. Instant relief! The mesh is also more comfortable and cooler.

I am plus size and bought this chair for work! It is very great quality and very comfortable for 8+ hours. I bought this in store and I couldn’t find the weight limit listed anywhere. The store rep told me that it was for 500+ pounds. When I got home and opened it up, it was only for 250 pounds. I’m only over that a little so I decided to keep it and so far so good! For that reason, it only gets 4 stars from me.

[Rewarded Review] Chair shipped WITHOUT screws needed to assemble!

I’m not able to sit in the chair as they did not include the screws and bolts to assemble the chair. I just called the 800 number on the box (& in the instructions), but they are closed early on Fridays. Disappointed. Perhaps I can actually sit in this chair sometime soon and revise this review.

I bought this chair almost 2 years ago and it has to be the best chair purchased in my life - it is so comfortable and I sit on it throughout my working day and it is very comfortable, good support for my back. Prior to this I had a cheap chair purchased from a different story that lasted me almost 14 years but due to Covid I found it was very uncomfortable and my back started to hurt by sitting on it during working hours.

I purchased an office chair for several hundred dollars and only sat in it a few times over the course of a year. Every single time i did, i was nearly in tears from pain. Fast forward to now, i went back to Office Depot and sat in every chair they had on display, narrowed it down and went back to this one and suddenly realized the bottom of the seat slides forward or back and boy was that a game changer. i have since used this daily for work, while sewing and have had no pains or been uncomfortable at all.

I have owned this chair for about 3 years. At first it was great but the bottom cushion at this point is more like sitting on a piece of plywood. I've tried contacting support to ask about the limited lifetime warranty and have been ran in circles so far. Office depot advertises it as their chair but when you call the warranty team you're told its made by Raynor and I was transfered to them to leave a message and still haven't gotten a hold of anyone or recieved a return call. I would not recommed this chair to anyone who works from home or uses a chair multiple hours a day unless you want to replace it every 2-3 years and for the price it should be better.

Chair is very sturdy and strong however the seat cushion is flattened too quickly. It is not uncomfortable to sit! For the money paid, this should be a top tier chair. It is not!

[Rewarded Review] High end chair

The previous chair I had just purchased had a slight flaw in the material so I returned it and planned to get the same one. I saw the WorkPro 12000 and while it was more expensive I’m glad I acquired this one instead. Not that the previous chair was bad but the 12000 is much more to my liking. I use it for playing music synthesizers and it works very well. Customer service at Office Depot was fantastic. Thank You!
