Our office ordered 4 types of chairs for side by side comparison. This was mostly a candidate for a conference room chair.

Inadequate instruction sheet. Items are numbered but not pictured/sketched as you find in IKEA items. No telephone support. Global Industrial is a "middle-man" and no one is available to answer assembly instructions. Return of defective seat cushion required mailing two full new chairs rather than the cushion itself. - span class="pm_comment"*** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. They were offered a partial credit for the problems they encountered and was also sent two replacements for the cushion. The customer appreciated the contact from Global Customer Service.***/span

Excellent chairs

As our company has grown we continue to order groups of these chairs. Very comfortable and easy fold for storage between our weekly meetings.

Good chairs but hard to put together

I didn't realize that they were chairs that we had to assemble. It took us about an hour for each chair. They were very difficult to put together. Also the instructions were not easy to follow.

These are really nice chairs that were fairly easy to put together, even for only one person. I assembled 20 of them and was averaging about 8 minutes of a chair (using a power drill). Only complaint was it was rather difficult to drill the arm pads on due to the location of the arm bars.

Hard to assemble

Nice chair, but ridiculously hard to put together. The drilled holes did not match up, after working on it for at least an hour alone, it took 3 strong adults to get those screws in. I'm not sure it's worth the time.
