I purchased this office chair 11 months ago for my personal use and it’s very comfortable & has great quality. I haven’t had any issues with this chair and I will purchase it again!!

Great mesh chair that is comfortable and easy to setup

Only a few months old and already broken

I bought this chair from Office Max in April 2024 and the little lever that locks the back in place is already broken. The chair is comfortable enough for long periods sitting at a desk. The adjustable height of the back works great and the arm customization is also great. But I hate leaning back and falling backward. I'd give it 0 stars for how quickly it broke but I'll give it 4 for comfort and customization.

This chair was great , then about 2 years in the left arm just snappped as I was getting up from the chair//the break is in the plastic and inside the arm...buy something better.

[Rewarded Review] Cheap broken plastic - a waste of money

The chair arrived damage with a chunk of plastic broken off the chair back, making it wobbly and usable. We were directed to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part. After providing them proof of damage, they sent us a new chair back that arrived several days later. The new chair back was broken in the exact same place as the original - it is clear that they use thin cheap plastic in the support piece of the chair back. The manufacturer now refuses to answer our emails, so we have no way to fix the chair. Because we took the time to go through proper channels with the manufacturer, the window for returns has passed and Office Depot will not allow us to return their defective product for a refund. I would not recommend buying any WorkPro furniture from Office Depot, as neither the manufacturer nor Office Depot stand by the products they sell. I am now out a substantial sum of money for a chair that is unusable.

Great chair! Good stiff back so I could sit up straight and not have pain when I stood up. Only problem was it's a bit narrow, but not as bad as an airline seat in basic coach.

I went in the store and tested all the chairs. Went back a week later and my favorite wasn't there. Tested all the chairs again and found one I like. Turns out it was the same chair, but had the wrong label on it. Chair has lots of pading making long sitting very comfortable. I like the back support. The chair arms move up and down as well as side to side and forward and back making getting into the chair and adjusting the desk easy.

I purchased the chair to replace one that had just reached the end of life. I visited my local store more than once and sat in many chairs before landing on this one. I sat behind a desk and acted like I would be using it my own desk. I tried customizing it for how I would use it. I liked the various features, such as raising the chair back, adjustable arm rests, and tilting. I read the online reviews and they were mostly positive.

For the price, this chair was very hard to assemble, and operate. Chairs at a cheaper price had better performance and operations. Would not recommend.

5 Star Plus !!!

Today, I found the 5 STAR PLUS multitask chair. I tried all the chairs inside Office Max and this is the one that gives me all the comforts and the quality and the price I need from a simple multitask chair. I am so very happy and satisfied. I sat and closed my eyes to see if this could be my nap bucket….hahaha! It’s perfect !!!

Bottom is titled forwards too much

Nice quality chair and I'm not going to return it. However, this chair is not good if you like to lean back when you work. The is tilted too far forwards and my butt tends to slide of the front of the chair when I'm leaning back. If they could just put a few degrees of backwards tilt, this would be a 5 star chair.

After two years backrest won't stay raised. Unsure how to use 10-yrear warranty.
