Bought 8 and 2 were bent up

Not the best quality of material

This was very time consuming to put together. It could be better if the material that it is made from was heavier duty or weighted at the bottom.

This seller is awesome. I never received the item and ask for a refund. They wanted to send another one, but I didn't need it any longer. He worked with me and awesome and we're finally got my refund. Great seller.

Did not receive order!

I ordered this item two times and did not receive it once. every time I ordered it, I received a notification.It was delivered, but the item was never left at our home.

Complaint, Complaint, Complaint!!!

My order has not been delivered to me. I was told by Email that my file cabinet was delivered yesterday, Sept 18th. IT WAS NOT!!! Then today I got eMails asking me how I like it. I DO NOT HAVE IT. I checked with my neighbors...they do not have it. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. Please deliver this to me. Do what you have to do to make this right.

It looks pretty but the quality is awful. The railing inside broke off and the hanging files came tumbling down. No way to repair. Waiting to see if the manufacturer can provide the broken piece to repair in order to not have to unassemble and return.

The inside rail broke the first time we opened the cabinet. I did email them and they are sending a new rail but it is taking over a week to get it delivered. Assembly instructions were not very clear.

It was easy to assemble but it's very weak. The bars that hold the files broke after 2 hours of holding the files.

I would recommend it to someone wanting to save a buck but I would not lie to them and say it was originally worth over $300. It came in with a big dent right on the top piece and it had to have been packaged that way, and not done during delivery.

I have monthly files and this cabinet will be able to file my whole 2024 year, I also enjoyed the fact that i can lock it. The only thing to be careful with is if you haven't drilled to the wall it might tilt when you open the heavy drawares.

this product was priced fairly BUT extremely difficult to assemble. instructions only had pictures and details were not clear. Locking mechanism does not work. TOO expensive to return. I am a mechanical engineer and found this VERY difficult

Seriously Disappointed

Poor quality, near impossible to assemble due to miss matched parts. The installation instructions were unintelligible. They were definitely written by a non-English speaking person. Drawers do not close properly. The lock does not work properly. Too much of a hassle to disassemble and return.

The instructions to assemble this filing cabinet are pictures of what to do. Nothing written in words. I ended up having to look on YouTube to find something similar.
