once put together, the chair is comfortable to sit/sleep in. Item came with no assembly instructions and was missing parts. The company did email me instructions when I notified them I did not receive any.

Acejoy has not responded to requests to return 2 chairs as they will not future in my room. I have trued twice to contact them and Walmart has been of no help either

Directions to put together could be clearer regarding the wheels but managed to eventually figure it out. The chair serves my purpose as I needed an extra bed for guests and already have a foam topper which will make it comfortable for sleeping. The chair is very firm and would not recommend if buying for comfortable seating.
Very comfortable and great for reading and television watching, I would recommend this to all.i would purchase this again if needed, also like the color
