Very cheap holes did not align correctly to properly install

For starters directions are awful. There were seceeal pieces that holes did not line up, holes that were not drilled out all the way and screws that weren't drilled out.

Very cheaply made, poor assembly instructions and mismatched hardware.

You get what you pay for

There are better options out there. If I hadn't put it together and it didn't take an absurd amount of time for something that should have been so simple I would have returned it. A few of the holes gave me so much trouble to screw in because they were off and the over all top bar was crooked. That being said it is going in a closet for extra storage and seems sturdy enough especially with the anchors so it does the job.

The item was a mess. There were holes drilled into the base that were in the wrong place and it was very unstable

Wrong size, awful instructions

I bought this for a tiny bathroom and needed it to be under 24" wide. It's 26.5" wide at least. It's also almost impossible to put together and the screws (that definitely show) are bright chrome!

False description

Ordered this online. Not only are the part cheaply made. It is not 57.5" tall. It's really 70.5" tall. Really dropped the ball on this one Lowes.

Waste of hard earned money

Sadly I will be sending this back quick and fast for a total refund. My husband sent me a picture of it after he took it out of the box to put it together. I flipped out deep scratches which were very visible the wooden pieces either didn't fit or wouldn't stay in. Serious waste of money! That same day on my break I went to WALMART and bought something way better and nothing is wrong with it.

The item was sturdy,not to hard to put together. The price was reasonable.

Cheap made and very unstable. It is definitely not worth what it's listed for. A $5 price would be more suitable.

the brace bars that go in the back to help support the whole unit were a good two inches too short and unusable

You need to be a mind reader to put this together

I purchased this to replace a similar rack that the moving company lost in a recent move. It looks similar in the photo, but my original rack came with a few pieces, simple instructions, and I put it together in about 15-20 minutes. The Mind Reader rack has over 50 pieces ranging from tiny bolts and pins to 8 side poles, a top pole and more. Instructions? Don't be silly! Just a sheet showing all of the pieces in tiny print. (See photo.) I'll have to get out my magnifying glass and do my best guess as to what goes where. This is absurd!
