The item I received was damaged. It arrived in a taped-together box with one piece sticking out. One of the side pieces was warped. Once assembled, the towel rack was wobbly and did not sit firmly against the floor.

The towel rack is simple and works fine. But one of the screws keeps coming lose which makes it wobble.
