One improvement would make a massive difference

I have 2 x 24" monitors. The connection of the arms to the vertical post is poor. The arms sagged down. Other than that the product quality is good but this important connection lets it down.

Two screens are better than one

I purchased two monitors, and found my desktop crowded. After putting this dual monitor mount on my desk. The Clutter went away. It was a simple task to mount on my desk and put the monitors on the mount. Now I can adjust my monitors in a more appropriate Direction and angle for my viewing needs. To clarify, I have two 32-in curved monitors that fit nicely with this mount. I was able to place them in a position and angle that allowed them to flow continuously one to the other. I'm sure this would work great with two flat monitors as well. Love the product.

Perfect monitor desk stand for me.

This monitor desk mount works perfectly for me. It is able to hold my two 32" monitors securely and is very stable. It is easy to move when I want to move either monitor, but it doesn't move when performing everyday tasks. So there is no need to constantly adjust these monitor arms. One thing that I didn't like, and I have seen others comment on, is the quality of the instructions. They are lacking because they only provide images with no written text. Generally, that approach works. However, when trying to understand their color coded height adjustment system, it would be helpful to actually explain it better with words as to what you are supposed to do. After fiddling with it for a bit, I finally got things set where they need to be, but this could be easier to understand in the instructions.
