Easy to assemble. Good quality.

Excellent quality. The parts were well packed to prevent damage. Directions clear, easy to understand, and all I needed was a phillips screwdriver. Love the look and extra storage in my kitchen.

Unreliable customer service. Extremely frustrated that there were no assembly instructions in the package and every attempt to have it sent to me failed. The attachment was not available to me and I requested direct contact for sending over the assembly instructions. It’s not intuitive how to put this together and with no instructions, I’ve had these parts laying around my very small apartment for weeks! Pretty upsetting especially considering this is an expensive item and now I will have to arrange for all the parts to be repackaged and sent back. So so frustrating, especially as a single parent!

Looks exactly as is online - quite a real pain in the *** to assemble alone… that’s why I’m warning folks about how difficult this piece is. Cannot use one of the doors because the hole for door to fit is no where it ought to be.

The original had a dent but we appreciated the quick response and replacement.

The cabinet is meh, for the price I excepted better.
