I received the organizers a week ago and they appeared as in the photos with one exception that the hooks are decorative and not loose but spot welded to the bars. I had hoped I would be able to remove the baskets for easier sorted document access. The organizers are light weight which will work but I will have to take the whole thing down for easier access. The baskets are as described and will hold each of my family’s sorted documents; mostly mail. I especially like that I was able to add names to the provided space on the baskets. The wood was kind of a whitewashed natural wood. I needed the wood to be a little darker to match other trim in my house and they took stain really easily. I am happy with the finished look and will be using them hopefully for a long time.
