The chair fits my small space very well. It does everything as advertised. My only negative comment is that it is a little hard but that could be just my old bones. The price was very reasonable. I have had it for three weeks now and I would buy it again without hesitation.

The product was perfectly as described. Didn't quite know I had to put it together. Luckily I was here to put it together for my 90-year-old dad. Wonderful chair. He loves it. Nice soft leather, to controls are perfect. Only issue we had was with the FedEx driver who allowed the box to get wet on her truck and she rolled it end over end on our grass to get it up to our door. Luckily it was package wonderfully as not to get damaged

not satisfied

I am not satisfied with how I received my package the merchandise was not completely packaged in the box and the way the company delivered my package was wet and damaged. they left my package on my porch in the rain not to mention this was an electrical lift chair I'm so disappointed if I had gotten home a little bit later the whole box would have been completely ruined. I would do more business with them long as its not raining and thank god my chai works and I didn't get shocked when i plugged it up

This is a perfect comfortable chair for smaller spaces (and people). It has allowed my husband to enjoy the company of others in the living room, without feeling out of place or interfering with others when he needs to get up from the chair. The chair is well made and modern, easy to assemble and move around the room. He enjoys the independence of getting up and down without assistance.

Perfect for a tiny home

My disabled mom lives in a tiny home. We wanted a recliner for years so she doesn’t have to lay in bed all day with her chronic pain. But they all take too much space to open and wont fit In a tiny home

Not good

The delivery was timely, but the UPS guy left the package far away from the front door, out in the driveway, making it difficult for us to bring it in the house since it is heavy. It did not come with wheels as described. Unfortunately, it is so narrow (very low width), you must be really skinny to sit comfy in it... I could not use it. I am returning it. I had a painful experience just to try it out since I have broken ribs and am recovering. If you are skinny, it might work for you.

is just right!!!

Great chair! Worked great for my husband after his surgery. Many said it was narrow. It's not a huge chair but it worked great for him, he's 6'0 250lbs and he fits perfect. The massage is wonderful! It reclined and helped to get him to a standing position and the price was in our price range. After we moved to the office as a regular chair bc it was not big and bulky. Loved it!

These chairs are well made for the price. They are slim and fit perfectly in a small apartment like my parents have. The fabric is really nice and they are really comfortable. My Dad loves the design and says he really likes how the arm rests are designed, because they are easy for him to hold on to. I highly recommend them!

Looks good but poor napping features

I chose this chair for its small profile and what I thought would be a smaller seat size for my 4'10" mom. The chair is sturdy and functions as described and it is neutral enough to fit with most decors. The cushioning is thick and comfy. However there is no bolstering around the edge and a sleeping person tends to slide off sideways. The seat was still too deep for my elderly mom to sit back in easily and she could only have her feet up if she also reclined. Overall the chair is decent quality but it did not suit a frail, small person who likes to nap in a chair.

Only for the small in stature

This chair is defently for a petite woman or very small man. Looks almost like a child chair. The fabric is low quality. Minimal padding. Color grey is ok. The lift system is quiet but the chair is low from floor for lift assist. seat width only 19 inches..not what description states of 21+. Tis chair is ok for a short, light weight woman how needs help in and out of chairs. And ok for a short period of time of use as I dont think fabric will last. I guess you get what you pay for.

The chair sits comfortably albeit narrow. It's been 3 weeks since we purchased it for my husband due to his recent back surgery. It suits his needs for lift, comfortability and recline. He is 180lbs and the chair doesn't have hardly an inch of width to spare. Definitely great for small spaces

No Wheels

The chair arrived in a timely manner, easy to assemble but giving a low rating since wheels aren't included. soHaving the wheels on this chair is a must for the purpose of buying it with wheels. Very disappointing the wheels weren't included. Im trying to get this resolved two weeks after delivery. Not the best customer service resolution.

Very little foam on last 3rd. of right side armrest. Opposite of left side which is AOK. Footrest makes loud noise when moving & “jumps” at same time. Sounds/feels like it’s going to break!!!

4 Stars

Purchased for a frail, arthritic elderly 5'5" woman, about 140#. Be aware that chair in it's most upright position is still reclined about 30 degrees. At this height/leg length, a person sitting with feet on the floor, the person's butt is 3" away from the back of the chair. Scooching back to chair back, in unreclined position, feet can't touch floor, & would need a foot stool to be comfortable. Reclining is great, but head and foot support are not independent from each other. I suppose that's typical of recliners- not meant to be sat in as a regular chair, but only used for reclining. And by someone taller. Width is great for a woman but too deep. Cushions nicely firm. Recline action is smooth. Gentle and slow in tipping person out, stops at a safe point so that someone wouldn't pitch too much forward and topple out. I think it will work great for mom. Comes in two main pieces - bottom and back.which fit together easily. I'm also happy to have found a recliner that isn't the typical gigantic piece of furniture that most seem to be.

It's a hit!

Almost perfect - it looks great in the room, it's not grandpa's old overstuffed recliner of the 80s. My father is comfortable and happy in it, he only wishes that his feet did not hang off the end of the footrest as much as they do. So perhaps this is more of a criticism of my father's legs than the chair but he would not agree to 5 stars for that reason. The rest of us would give it a 5 so he loses the battle to give it a 4. Thank you for efficient packaging, easy assembly, and great design. His naps appear to be more productive and the lift assistance helps tremendously. Should you release a new version for a taller person, please let us know.

HOMCOM Power Lift Recliner

I order the HOMCOM Power Lift Assist Recliner Chair w/remote contol for my father who has difficulty getting out of chairs that are too low. This chair is just what he needed and he loves it. The best part is my mother is also happy with it. She wasn't thrilled at the idea of a recliner because she wasn't sure it would look good with their existing furniture. The chair is nice, it's not big and bulky. The delivery service lost the chair but Aosom made it right and delivered a new chair within 48 hours. Customer Service also gets 5 stars.

Very happy!

Best $400 spent. Just had major surgery and i couldnt afford one of those $3k beds. This chair was priced cheaply on the vast range of lift chairs. Ive had this chair for about 2 weeks. It arrived when stated in a box in 2 pieces. My friend put it together in under 20 mins. The chair looks great, sleek, modern, stylish, much better then those bulky, puffy, lazy boy kind of chairs. I honestly picked this chair for its looks to match my living room furniture. The massage feature just vibrates at different levels. Its just ok... like a vibrator on my back. It reclines well with the control remote. This chair is made to fit a 5"8 medium sized person that is not obese. It fits like an economy airplane seat. If your a large person do not buy this. I only need this chair because of my condition. So i will be using it for 4 months. Afterwards im giving it to my friends elderly mom. This chair really helps in lifting you up n out. At this time im giving it a 9 star rating. They lose a star because it is not plush/soft. So i put a folded blanky on the seat. But overall I am very happy with this chair.

A World of Difference

My elderly aunt with special needs slipped out of bed in July 2020 and that began a journey that had us in and out of hospitals until 2/2021 and she is still having issues with RA in both knees, left hand, & has been in severe pain sitting in the wheelchair we worked daily for months just to be able to get out of bed a d into. But a month ago she complained of pan and she was fatigued not breathing deep enough. I knew she needed something more comfy and started lift chair shopping. This chair had the best price by far and was exactly what we needed as far as size, my aunts a tiny woman,-we are short gene¡¯ed pple, as well as ease of assembly- I¡¯m not very strong but was able to get box in the house, opened & unpacked then assembled by myself!!, color and fabric, easy to move around if necessary-wish it rolled & locked but it¡¯s not a ton so not detrimental, and lastly it provided her with a way to be in the living and stretch out and then safely be lifted to ambulate with such ease. She immediately could breath deeper and started to be able to sit her back up and more straight on her own. We love this chair & the price. She lives the message feature best of all!!
