Very skimpy stand compared to competitor's stand

I found a sturdier stand for the same price and ended up buying that stand also. I'll use this stand for something else, but do not trust it's structural integrity as much as the second stand I purchased. The tubing is smaller in diameter and the web straps are thinner. Also, the bolts at the pivots are smaller. I was going to use this stand to support a floor monitor that weighs in around 60lbs and do not feel that it will hold long term.

I had been looking for a luggage rack for a while. Ordered auction rack but it wasn't put together correctly, trashed it. This is exactly what I wanted and it got to my house about an hour before my guest. Perfect!
