Happy with purchase! Tallest rack I could find for tall family. Putting the straps on correctly (right side up; seams down) wasn't as easy as I thought! - don't begin screwing straps on until both sides of the straps are threaded and the rack assembled so you can double check your work! Or be smarter than I was: Assemble the frame on one side (and see it stand correctly!) before threading on the other side. Note that narrower set of legs goes on the inside. :) If you don't screw on the straps, and if you open the box carefully and save it, the rack could be pretty easily be disassembled and stored in the thin box for the occasional guests (hence, "collapsible").. These look good and seem sturdy and I expect them to last a long time if used properly. I might consider getting one for beekeeping to hold upper deep and/or supers during hive inspections. Delivery came a day later than originally stated. Did not interact with customer service.
