Liner doesn't fit.

Thought the other people saying the liner wouldn't fit, might have had a problem figuring it out.....now I feel bad for doubting them. The panels are too big for this liner even if you flatten the sides. Don't understand why this continues to be sold with so many people reporting the same issue. On a good note, the liner is good quality. I may try to build something that would fit it.

My guinea pigs love the room. I love the fact they have a 4 foot by 4 foot space. They are much happier.

I was so excited about this playpen. It is roomy, so my rabbit has lots of space to play. Unfortunately, it has a major downside - he constantly tries to eat the liner. He has bitten chunks off all the way around the playpen. The top of the liner is right at face height, which is too tempting for him. In addition, the pen is far too low. Unless you have a tiny rabbit, it will be no obstacle.

Easy set up. NOT 48x48

Pretty easy to set up and I was so excited to put my guinea pigs into it. I wanted to add come 2"x4" liners into the cage and to my surprise, they don't fit. The bars actually measure about 46x46 which means my liners are not compatible and I'm pretty disappointed

Spacing too wide for small animals

The looks and advertising had me sure this would work for my baby bunnies but they slip right through the cracks. The bottom covering isn’t sufficient to keep them in

We bought this for a velveteen lop rabbit for a playpen for my office while I work. It's perfect for him to hop around in and lay out taking a nap. The bottom is well made and he doesn't tear up the bottom with his nails. Easy setup and easy to clean. We also bought a water proof pad to also use in the bottom to protect even further.

Don’t do it!

My rabbit ate all the black cover; both around the edges and on the floor. Don’t waste your money. It’s a good concept but the material doesn’t work out.

[Rewarded Review] Great playpen for bunnies

Great playpen for bunnies. My buns are not jumpers so they haven't tried jumping out of it so far. It is a large enough size that two adults can sit in there with 2 rabbits roaming around. With the ramp covers on, the ramps don't pin closed very well. The size is not adjustable so it's not great for the beginning bonding process, too much room for the buns to run away, fight, and tornado chase. Overall, it's definitely worth the money if your looking for a nice sized playpen in general.

Playpen Needs Redesigning

This playpen is pictured with the rabbit hutch below, and leads the buyer to believe that the fit will be flush with the hutch. IT IS NOT.

Bunnies chewed right through the bottom liner

I’ve had this cage less than 4 weeks and my 2 bunnies have already chewed a hole through the bottom liner and I had to buy a $70 pan to put inside instead of the cloth liner.

Great buy, could use some tweaks

All in all, a great playpen. Good quality. However setting this up as a combo between his regular cage and the playpen was a nightmare. Once you figure out what works for your rabbit, it's good quality and the perfect height and area for our dwarf rabbit. My suggestion is to just build a ramp or get a separate ramp rather than trying to use their ramps. Also, find a way to make sure the ramps are closed securely when you want them to be.

Bought this pen as an addition to my bunny's hutch. She is a New Zealand so I wanted to make sure she had plenty of room to move around without having free range of my house. The metal part of the pen is decent but here are where the issues lie. In addition to the "regular" doors this pen also has two ramps which are not shown in any of the pictures. The ramps do come with covers (same material as the liner) but to be able to keep the ramps up (closed) you have to take the cover off so you can use the clips to clip it to the pen itself so it won't fall open due to gravity. Also I wish the liner went around the outside of the pen not the inside. I get the point of why it's inside but I have owned this for a week and the liner is completely destroyed. My bun has lots of toys but she instead prefers to go to the corners of the pen and rip and shred the liner to pieces. And if she decides to go to the bathroom in the corner it now goes all over the floor because of the state of the liner. I have tried to find a replacement liner but doesn't seem like they make one. Guess I will be spending more money on some type of waterproof mat that the pen can sit on and hopefully she can't destroy so easily because this liner is total junk.
