while this was assembled quickly, the holder is about 1/8 inch too wide so the hanging folders fell through the rack...

Where are the pendeflex files. No where that one can see that it say does not come with pendeflex files.

Item sturdy and assembly is easy. Hanging files glide easily. Would recommend.

It is a very nice file cart. Only thing is the bars are welded to far out and the hanging folders won't stay on.. When you put one side on the other side rides on top the rod...

Will Buy Another if I Need It

Love the cart--perfect size, height, and even goes with my wrought iron decor! It arrived THE DAY AFTER I ordered it!! Unbelieveable!

Was a little confused at first on how to put the bottom rack on, directions werent very clear. But it is what I needed.

The rolling file was fairly easy to assemble. I had a little problem with getting the clips in the right spot but it ended up being fine. Caution: not all hanging folders fit; the older dark green folders I had on hand were a bit too short. My recommendation would be to sell the cart with folders to avoid that problem. That is perhaps one reason why I really have to take a deep breath when I order something online and don't see it n person. I did find a few folders at home that would work, but realistically how often does that happen--and how many times would I have to "buy and try" folders to make sure they work. Not good.

The supports are too wide to hold letter-sized hanging folders, rendering this almost useless. One side of the handing holder floats on the rail and when moved, slips off and falls because the supports are too widely spaced. (See photo)Unfortunately I can't return because I assembled it and threw the box away. I had to literally push the steel supports together to make any be fully supported, but that only helped the ones towards the middle. Very disappointing.

Great Open Filing System

Love this file cart. It was very easy to put together, although two people help due to having to get all four legs in at the same time. Just make sure you put the shelf on so it “hugs” the snapped on supports. It’s only two feet tall with the wheels (two of which have locks), but it’s a great height to work with while sitting in a chair. So much easier than pulling out a drawer at floor-level. Moves very easily on hard surfaces. This is great for most filing, although essential documents should still be in a fireproof file.
