Of the three pieces I put together, this one had the most confusing instructions. Theres a lot of assumptions you have to make, which resulted in pulling several pieces apart to rebuild. 2 of the knobs were not fully threaded and wouldnt attach. Half the drawers are proud of the face, with the others flush. No doubt because of assembly, but instructions didnt help. Drawers work nicely though.

The item is not at all what I expected. It feels flimsy and way smaller than expected based on the images posted.

Great dresser for the money. Took a few hours to put together. Would buy it again for sure!

We were disappointed with this item. The quality isnt great and the color is not as shown online so be aware! The dresser looks like a beautiful matte black but its a bright shiny black.

Furniture excellent but the bracket fall out he didnt screw it right so whats gonna happen!! What if all the brackets start falling apart i just got it,,the man was here Monday dec 9 I pay 100.to installed it!! Im gonna call Mayfair and make a complaint!!

Have been waiting for over 2 weeks to have it put together because I paid the fee to have this done. Angie has rescheduled this appointment 4 times all within a 12 hour or less of scheduled time. I have lost time from work because I took it off to be home. My bedroom is in an upheaval because we emptied old dresser to have new one put in. Now here I sit with a dresser in the box, no one to put it together and I’m not paying a fee to have it returned. Would definitely recommend to not purchase anything from Wayfair if you need to use the service to put it together. I have chatted and called 4 times now now and get NO satisfaction!!

The pre-drilled holes on piece 12 (step 6) do not line up properly with the holes on 13 14. Had to purchase a drill and attempt to make a predrilled hole. The screw is not flush. The whole dresser is wobbly and not holding together now. I’ll probably throw it out once I can afford to get something else. Disappointing

Smaller than I had hoped. Hard to put together. And was scratched.

Package came damaged with broken drawer. Emailed customer service with no response.
