I like this as its slightly smaller than the std sized one and suits better for most of my cooking on the small to mid size frypans I use. It also matches the rest of my collection handle colour and type from Kitchenaid. Just dont get these too hot as the front edge develops a little burred edge to it from the heat, which is easy enough to scrap off with a sharp knife, but just something to watch out for. So dont leave it resting in the frypan on the stove for example. With these handles it tends to be slightly heavy due to the construction material used, but nothing too excessive. otherwise, so far all good. Only had it for short time, so longer term use will prove its life usefulness. Myer so so easy to buy online, locate what you want and pay for it(easy process), then clickncollect is easy as well now.
