Poor Quality Coating

The 8.5 inch pan came with the coating chipped off at the top. Fearful that more would chip off during cooking we asked for a replacement. We were told by customer service to send back both pans. I just wqant a replacement for the defective pan. By the way I've used Anolon pans for many years. This defect is very unusual.

Excellent pans

I’ve avoided non-stick cookware for decades but decided to give it another try. These Analon pans are well constructed with a nice heavy feel that allows the pan to set firmly on my stovetop while holding heat well. And, I certainly enjoy the scrub-free cleanup after producing a meal. I now prefer Analon for all my future non-stick cookware needs.

Good purchase

I don’t know what more I can say other than this is a second purchase due to our satisfaction with our original purchase. We have a conduction range and these pans seem to really like this environment. Also, the pans are flat so the oils don’t creep to the edges. Good purchase at a reasonable price.

Lack of customer service

I ordered two fry pans and the nonstick fry pan has markings in the finish. I filed a warranty claim and received acknowledgment from Anolon on November 11th. I have not heard from Anolon since, even though I sent a second email asking about status of the warranty claim. I tried calling, but the customer service lines puts you in a loop that doesn’t let you get to a live person. I have use Anolon cookware for over 10 years and have just replaced the old cookware with a new 11 piece set and then ordered the 2 fry pans to add to the set. The reason I have used Anolon is customer service, which they apparently have done away with. I will not be buying Anolon in the future.

I was very disappointed in

I was very disappointed in the 8.5 and 10” frying pans. The handle is loose on the 10” pan and the finish is scuffed due to being shipped in a plastic mailer pouch without packing. It had multiple holes in the package when it was delivered. I went through the process to have it replaced but when I made the choice to replace I never heard any more from the company. I gave up! Worst service I’ve had from Anolon. Not interested in purchasing in the future.

Please bring back the 12" flat fry pan!!!

We are home chefs and all our kitchen equipment takes a beating like in an industrial kitchen. We've been buying the Nouvelle Copper Luxe pans for years and really love those but the 12" flat bottom fry pan is no longer available. Our old pans needed replacing and we ordered the new X pans. Immediately we did not like the shape of the handles, if you are flipping anything in the pan we didn't feel that you could get a good enough grip with the weight of the pan + food. Also the 12" pan has the helper handle on the front that takes up significantly more space when storing in a cupboard which also didn't work for us. These pans never made it past opening the box & seeing in person... We exchanged the X pans for the Accolade pans. They're ok/fine, handles are rounder and easy to hold onto, however the pans themselves don't seem to hold as much heat as the Nouvelles. So feeling a little frustrated Anolon! Please bring back the 12" flat fry pan!

The only brand for me!

I absolutely love the cooking surface of these fry pans. I have never had it so easy to clean after cooking. In fact I love them so much, that I’ve decluttered my other cookware and am currently replacing it with Analon products. Yes, they really do what they say and seem the only brand to do so. At age 70, I need ease of everything and these are not heavy, and are so easy to clean. What a relief!

A Satisfied Repeat Anolon Customer

I purchased these 8.5 and 10 inch to replace Anolon skillets purchased back in 2002, yes that is almost 20 years ago. Their 12 inch sibling was replaced in 2017, also with Anolon. While the pans were not used daily they did see weekly use and were always treated with proper care - nylon utensils, hand washed, and no excessive heat.

Perfect for any cook

I have had this pan for over a year. It is my favorite. The weight is perfect for any dish preparation. I have very good cookware in general but I prefer this pan. I can go from stove top to oven at any normal temperature. The clean-up if effortless. It would be a perfect gift for the beginner cook. Cheap pans burn and don't cook evenly. Save the frustration and try these pans. The time and food savings will pay for the pans. I didn't receive anything for writing this review. I am slowly getting rid of my other pans and switching to the Analon copper . My neighbor and good-will can have the old ones.

Lost nonstick within 1 year, bad customer service

I purchased this set in May of 2020 after tons of researches, thinking this might be the ultimate nonstick pan I ever need. It worked well initially, but it started losing its nonstick after 8 months. I only use it for making eggs during weekends, so definitely not heavy usage. I've always washed it with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, never used cooking spray or medal utensils, never put it in dish washer or on direct high heat, so not sure why it lost its nonstick! I tried vinegar and baking soda solutions on their site, but neither worked. I contacted them via phone but failed talk to a human. Contacted them via their site, a ticket was created and I was told they would respond within 3-5 business days. 2 weeks past, nobody ever responded even after I followed up.

[Rewarded Review] Super happy with these Anolon Skillets so far!

I've had these anolon skillets for a few weeks now and I've used them nearly every day so far. I have never owned any cookware of this brand but I have been so pleased with how well they have worked! They are very nice looking attractive skillets and they have some weight to them. They felt incredibly well made when I first held them. They have worked great so far! They heat very evenly. I heated oil and did a layer of hash browns in the larger skillet and they were browning just as evenly on the outer edge as they were in the middle. I've cooked hamburgers, zucchini, pork chops, bratwurst, cabbage, eggs, and quite a few other things and everything has cooked evenly and nothing has stuck so far! I also did not notice any weird smell the first time I used them. With many other non-stick skillets I have noticed a weird burning plastic smell the first time using them. I just washed these with dawn and a dish rag and there was no noticeable smell with the first use! I've been using skillet safe spatulas and haven't noticed any marks inside the pan and they wipe clean so easily. I'm so happy with them that I've been looking into buying some more to replace some of my older cookware!

everyone should buy these

these anolon nouvelle copper skillets rank right up there with my engel-riviere and are better than my all-clad, which is overpriced. 5 mm of aluminium and 0.5 mm of copper combine to heat as fast and evenly as my $400 demeyere. these are lightweight and clean with a rinse. i usually do not buy non-stick but these have become my go-to pans. I also bought large and small sauce pans from this anolon nouvelle copper line and they're also go-tos. now my more expensive and heavier pots are going to waste. I'd say that anolon is the best value in cookware available. i also bought separately the anolon advanced glass tops. the anolon advanced comes with glass tops but i much prefer the flared tulip shape of the anolon nouvelle and also like the hollow steel handle. the nouvelle shape reminds me of traditional japanese cast iron pots. for non non-stick, i highly recommend engel-riviere, which is an equivalent value and quality - better than all-clad but half the cost.
