[Rewarded Review] Poorly made
Good idea, but not made well. I would not buy it again and would not recommend it.
[Rewarded Review] Magnet file/paper holder
Awesome product, fit on my work cart perfectly. Got 2 so I have 1 for a spare.
[Rewarded Review] Magnets Are Not Strong Enough
I bought two. Hung one up using the two enclosed magnets. Following morning the pocket was on the floor. Thought that one of the magnets had slipped off the bookcase or the pocket. Nope, one magnet had slipped off the other with nothing in the pocket. Removed the second set of magnet and applied them to the pocket and book case. This time one small magazine caused the pocket to slide off. Returned both.
[Rewarded Review] Firm hold
Bought this for my HR door. She likes to keep certain supplies available for associates. The old one was held on by double sided tape and kept falling off. This one is perfect for her steel door. Had a nice strong hold!
[Rewarded Review] Key capability not revealed on box
The wall pockets are working just fine for me. The the in-store selection process was confusing, however. Boxed sets of nesting, screw-attached, wall pockets were displayed next to boxes of individual magnetic pockets. Nothing on the magnetic pocket boxes suggested that they would nest. I had to tear into a box to discover that the two kinds were basically identical and what I wanted.
Does not stay up
I bought this to replace one I had on the side of my refrigerator for years. 5 hours after placing it, it fell off. Not because the magnets failed or there was too much weight, the double stick tape used for the magnets released. As a result it fell to the floor and shattered a corner.
[Rewarded Review] Magnetic Wall Pocket
I Bought Several Of These Many Years Ago To Be Used At Home. At That Time, They Were ONE Piece With An Opening In The Back . . . And They Are Still Holding Up Well.
[Rewarded Review] Keeps falling
I bought this a few weeks ago and hung it on the side of the refrigerator with a light folder only inside the pocket..., and it has fallen 4 times. I would understand if I was putting too much or something heavy in it but this is not the case at all. I'm disappointed.
[Rewarded Review] Magnetic Wall Pocket
I bought thee pockets and the product did not live up to a rating of good. It fell off my metal storage cabinet. All three of them. They separated from the pocket not from the cabinet. I ended up buying super glue and gluing all magnets onto the pockets. They have been holding ever since.
[Rewarded Review] Very strong magnet!
This has a very strong magnet and will hold multiple files without moving. I did not expect it to stay attached with more than 20 pages. I have put multiple files filed to the brim with paper and it holds and does not move or bulge. Love it.
[Rewarded Review] Doesn't stay up!
I several of these a few weeks ago and after one day they started to falk off the magnetic surface I had them on. The adhesive on the magnetic strips that attaches to the wall pockets aren't very strong. One of the ones I purchased fell off the wall after holding six 8.5" x 11" pieces of paper. On the plus side, it is durable enough to hit the floor several times without breaking.
[Rewarded Review] A good idea that failed
I originally bought 2 and when I put them together, a plastic tab broke on one. I returned that one and bought 2 more. None of them stayed on my metal filing cabinet because the adhesive on the back of the magnet wouldn't stay on the unit. So the whole unit would fall down. I returned them all.
Needs Stronger Magnet Tape
Love the concept. Magnets are strong. However, the tape on the back of the magnets is not that strong enough and the pockets fell off the cabinet as soon as we put anything into them. I am going to try to put a strong glue between the magnet and plastic and hope they stay on. But because they fell (with only one thin folder and 4 or 5 papers in them) it broke the backs on both pockets. So we had to use heavy tape to get it to "fixed". I bought in the store so didn't see the online reviews. I wish I had. Still love the concept though!
Would not reccommend
I purchased these magnetic wall pockets to hang on the side of the file cabinets. 1. The magnets did not stay more than 24 hours with nothing in the boxes. 2. When I did finally get them to stick, when I put any paper in them they would fall. I bought 4 of them and will be returning all 4.
Not very durable
I purchased one in store and used with the magnets on a door to catch mail. Someone accidentally bumped it and the hinges broke. I was hoping it was a fluke so I ordered another, only to have to break when mail was dropped into. I like the minimalist design, if only they could make it with a stronger, more durable way to hang it.
Could be better
I got really frustrated with this product, at first. I actually had to exchange the original one I bought for another because it broke while I was trying to assemble it. First of all, I wouldn't have assumed something like this had to be assembled in the first place. The directions were terrible!! I basically just fumbled it around for awhile before finally figuring it out and mounting the 3M strips only to have a piece on the back break. I was not pleased but it was exactly what I needed for my home office so I went back and got another one. I was more careful the second time and it now works perfectly!!
lightwieght
It seems nice at first. It does look good.
Love this...
I bought this for my husband's inbox in his home office. It's perfect. The magnets are very strong. I was able to attach it the mini-fridge. However, even though the magnets are strong, the adhesive that attaches them to the wall pocket doesn't seem to be as strong because it fell off once. I reattached it though and haven't had a problem since.
Could've used some instructions
Great product and it seems simple enough to use but there's nothing showing you how to attach the back panel to the pocket. You would think it's simple but for some reason, it wasn't lining up right and it took 3 of us to figure it out. Simple instructions could have helped. The next morning after I assembled and hung it, the magnetic squares were attached to my file cabinet while the pocket itself was laying on the floor with the contents scattered. I guess I put too much in it (about 40 sheets of paper). It would have been helpful to have a weight limit showing how much it held.
Good in Theory
I've been using these for a couple of months and while the pockets are good, the adhesive used for the magnets is not. Everyday we have to come in and pick one of these up off the floor where the adhesive has come loose. Once we stick it back on it will last for about a week or so and will then work it's way off onto the floor again.
