I liked the quick delivery to store. I was pleased that the item was exactly what I wanted, but less than pleased to see how distorted it had become by being tightly wrapped with shrinkwrap. I was apprehensive that the crimped edge would not recover, and that the item would regain the desired shape. But, soaking the item in hot water allowed the item to return to (more-or-less) normal. I would recommend caution when shrinkwrapping soft items, especially plastic ones.

This is the 4th wastebasket I purchased. Sturdy, good size.
