The description was perfect, the price was lower than any other place. I was surprised on how sturdy and durable the product is.

perfect size

The file storage gives the option for letter and legal sizes. I really needed a Legal size and It works perfectly for what I needed.

Broke very easily

12 days after I received this storage case, the grey latch on the top middle of the case broke. See attached photo.

Find something less costly

Pictures showed file inserts but they are not included. Also, cost too much for such an item.

Not sturdy at all!

The case looks great but the file supports on the inside are plastic and flimsy... I tried just having 3 hanging files inside and the supports would not keep from bending and allowing the files to fall inside. I only used it for two days and am returning it immediately. Very disappointed... it was not cheap!

We love this File Box. This is the second one we have purchased. Having all our important documents filed in one convenient location is a great timesaver and provides great ease of access.

Very durable product. It surpassed my expectations and I have belief it would be used for some time.

Awful Closure

The clasp to keep the box closed does not work & as a result the unit cannot be lifted by the handle. Low quality/ high price

Just okay.

The interior allows and requires hanging folders. Just okay if you're keeping sheets of paper or small items. I purchased this to keep my manila folders in order and when I put the folders inside the hanging folders, the lid is unable to close. So, I'm using this without the hanging folders. Not the best solution....

Nice and sturdy

I bought this for my 18 year old to keep her files in order and still be able to lock them up. It serves its purpose. I would recommend this.

Good box to transport legal size doc or a mixture of sizes of documents. Box looks well constructed and latch holds even when dropped. Lid has room for small items like pen /pencils small things.

Look elsewhere

The closure came to me half off. I was in desperate need of one ASAP so I fixed it. Within a week the entire box fell apart. Pathetic!

Defective

Defective! Had to return item. The inside bars to hang pendaflex folders we're too short!

Looks cheap

Looks cheap feels cheap the back part of the lid is made of plastic no hinges or anything small plastic thin layer that hold it together with bottom part

Defective design.

When you insert file folders into hanging file folders, the lid pushes down on the file folders, bending them, but there is about 2-3 cm of empty space left at the bottom. They should design it to set the hanging file folders about 1-5 to 2 cm lower.

Storage box

I do have a slight problem with the parts. It came with 4 bars of plastic and I assume I am to hang the file folders on the bars. What I cannot understand are the little plastic things that appear to be able to slid back & forth. It takes all of my strength to move them and for what?

Great gift!

I bought this and decorated it with stickers of "baby girl" things to give to some new parents. I feel it will be useful to save all the baby papers and coming toddler "projects" in one place. Also keeping together other important papers and keeping them handy is important in the coming busy years.
