Amazing Qualitiy

We love our new table. It was fairly easy to put together. We're in love with the quality! Now we don't have to worry about the wind blowing around our patio furniture, because this table is heavy and durable. Can't wait to use the umbrella we purchased with it!

More polywood

I have a lot of this furniture. We have a 4 topper with arm chais for the patio. 8 Adirondack chairs and now the picnic table. This furniture is rock steady, easy to assemble, tolerates weather and looks great. We received the wrong parts with the picnic table which caused a delay and I learned a hard lesson about customer service. Don’t bother trying to directly speak to customer service. The chat will tell you you will hear back in 10 minutes, it’s lie. They will send s as n email that you can expect a response in 7 days. We were having company and I wanted that table to be available to us. In the end someone called , we needed to take a picture of the wrong hardware and it took 3 days to get the right parts. Assembly is straightforward and it is super heavy duty and physically heavy. It is good that it is very heavy to stand up to heavy wind and make the weight will make it hard to steal. Overall this is fabulous furniture with worrisome customer service

Table is beautiful, went together

Table is beautiful, went together easier than any table I had assembled in my 68 years and most importantly, I doubt that the nor’easters, frequent in my town will blow it off the deck. Just ordered additional deck furniture as well

We love our table - Very functional!

We love this table. It easily seats 8 adults and allows easy conversation. The configuration of the benches allows people to easily slide in/out without the need to awkwardly step over the bench, as you would have to do if the benches were connected all the way around (the other brand we considered had the other bench configurations which made us pass on it and I am glad we did). The table was outside all winter while construction was being finalized and it survived beautifully, as we were assured it would. I have absolutely no regrets in purchasing this picnic table. It is fantastic. Assembly was not an issue for us because our garden center (Bruce Co. in Madison WI) did that for us and delivered it assembled.

Nice table, poorly packed, assembly adjustments

Went together well. Easy assembly. I was worried, however, because the packing was poor, boxes destroyed and the pallet gerry rigged, but luckily no damage. The two center poles for the table top were not even and stuck up. I had to remove them and re-drill the holes to level the top. One thing I did not like was the screws to attach the top required a square bit which I did not have. Had to swap out these screws. Why not standardize on your screw heads? Overall very happy with this solid table.

Great table, bad shipping, manufacturing issues

Table is great, although putting it together proved a bit difficult. You need to loosen factory installed screws to get all the holes to line up, then things will go smoothly.

This table is beautiful however putting it together was extremely frustrating! My husband is a General Contractor and its a good thing or we would have never gotten it together. The holes to NOT line up! Not even close.
