These chairs are awesome. Solid. We use them in a vet clinic and we can disinfect them. They aren’t damaged by claws and the pets love them.

Like our other polywood products we have bought over the years, these chairs are high quality and very substantial and comfortable. From past experience we know they will last for decades in an outdoor environment.

Horrible Customer Service

Customer service is awful - after spending almost $5000 on this set, I was unable to access my garage for 2 days since the delivery people left the pallet and the heavy furniture right in front of it. Customer service was extremely difficult to reach, could not care less and did not help with the problem. I had to pay a neighbor to move the boxes for me. Then, one of the pieces lacked screw holes and I had to contact customer service again and wait for the replacement part. The table and chairs seem to be sturdy but after this experience with horrible customer service, I won't be buying any more products from this company. Very disappointed.

Comfy, Solid Chairs

Solid chairs! More comfortable than I expected. We already had the dining table, with two side chairs and a bench, so we ordered two more side chairs and use the bench as a plant stand. Love Pollywood.

Vineyard chairs are excellent. Nice tall back and comfortable seating space. We had to exchange from Lakeside chairs which were as uncomfortable as Vineyard is comfortable. Not sure why you even offer Lakeside chairs

Love this polywood style chair! Way too heavy to be blown over in high winds, and comfortable design. I have a Spanish style bed and breakfast, and the dark brown looks perfect in the courtyard (next to a brown pergola). Reasonable priced and easy to put together.
