Only freezing on 2 prongs very confusing

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom and she is home all day while I’m at work. So I figured it would be ok and that it would come in a box where you can’t tell what it is, but it didn’t. It had a big ole picture on the side of the box of the product. So surprise ruined this is the first item I’ve received that wasn’t boxed in another plain box.

I have only gotten ice approximately four times, and that’s it. I’m trying to find out how to return this item , because I just bought another one from you all at Walmart…

Horrible Ice Maker

The on and off switch does not work, my ice maker has been in clean mode for 2 hours and I continue to unplug the machine and re-plug it and the clean light stays on and the machine will not function. Called the Technical Support and it went to voice mail. Not good service. Machine is not a week old.

The handle kept falling off.

Didn't even bother trying to get it to work. The box had been retaped multiple times and the bottom was falling apart. The manual had been drenched in liquid at one point - all curled up - and it was torn. This machine was obviously returned at least twice before it was shipped to me. I paid for a new, working ice maker, not a defective reject.

Broke after one month. Sense says it’s full and there’s no ice in it

It worked great the 1st 2 days. after that did not. Had to return.

Rip off

This machine makes "large" pellets the size of a tiny jelly bean which melts instantly in liquid.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my new ice maker it was delivered in great time and it is already making plenty of ice for my family needs I wasn’t aware that I could purchase an ice maker until I went to my son’s house and saw his sitting on his countertop after seeing his I realized how great it would be to have plenty of ice whenever anyone is preparing their drink I have a freezer that has plenty of ice in there now unlike the past few months I would recommend this ice maker to anyone who is interested in purchasing this item

piece of crap

Product had mold on the inside of it and the manual was previously wet and had dried wrinkled where someone else had the same problem as me and they shipped to me used and charged me full price. It does not work! When I plug it in all the lights flash, the on off button doesn't work, the settings button doesn't work, I unplugged several times, I troubleshot using the instruction manual and the lights keep flashing. I filled it with water nothing happened.
