No place to hang the hanging folders. The bottom tray had no catch /latch and slipped out when file box is moved.

Absolutely horrible. I buy items like this all the time. What’s different about them is that they COME WITH RAILS to hold the hanging files. This DOES NOT and no where in the description does it say that you have to buy them separately. REALLY?! It’s a file box that you can’t put files in. What a joke!!

Nice design, fair price.

I like the storage tray at the bottom of the unit. Found out that units with storage in the lids have a tendency to tip over or fall apart.

Unusable as file folder, storage container only

Received this on time but the rods for the folders to hang on were too short to go across. If you have enough folders to put in the box you wouldn't need the rods, but if you only have a few, the rods will be necessary and there aren't long enough. The folders are too heavy to hang on them even with minimal items inside. As others have noted the drawer at the bottom is difficult to open (with no folders inside, so may be harder when more weight is on) but at least items won't fall out in transit! Overall, if you're looking for a storage box, this would suffice, but if you're needing to access the files put in here often, I would discourage use of this product for that purpose. Item also came with scratches on it due to poor packaging...the item was inside the box it was mailed in so no protection at all from when delivery people took it on/off the truck etc.

Strong, portable, functional drawer, excellent.

I bought this for myself and because it is so sturdy I traded with my husband because he has more to file. The small drawer is great for access to tabs when creating new files and pens, small stapler, sticky pad, paper clips, etc.

Works great keeping documents organized and available in company vehicle. The binds a little when opening and closing.

Missing supports to hang files on which r needed

I reluctantly purchased after reading another buyer complain of the same dilemma. I assumed it was on rare oversight on the manufacturer. Now I believe most of these filing boxes probably get shipped out this way, in which case I would not recommend this purchase. Supports are needed to rest the hanging files on; otherwise, they fall over.

It is cheap and flimsy for the price. I want to return it., I am having problems sending a message to the seller. I thought this was coming directly from Walmart. Not happy.
