Our techs love this item!

I bought the 20-tiered wall file folder for one of our techs at work. He loved it so much that I have ended up ordering more for the other techs. And for our parts department. It is an easy way for them to keep track of their job assignments without losing any important keys or paperwork. Each pocket is designated for a different customer. And they appreciate that the holder is made of steel. It will definitely hold up well in the shop.

Quality is OK

I purchased 2 of these late last year and the finish is a shiny black and the dividers are welded in place. I needed a third so I reordered one, but this time the finish is matte, the metal is thinner, and the dividers aren't welded in, they're held in place with a tab and one was loose and pulled out when it arrived and I had to bend it to get it back in place. It still serves the purpose but the quality has definitely diminished.
