Does not dispense the same amount consistently. Programmed meal for 2 ounces and it dispensed 2 cups instead and the next time it dispenses, it dispenses 1/4 cup so not a good product.

WORST PET FEEDER IN THE WORLD
USB cord doesn’t stay in the slot. Shodder material, breaks easily. Put new batteries in and it’s still not working. Programming resets every time there’s a problem with the power which is every time.

Horrible product, bug laden do not purchase
There are many issues with this auto feeder.
Disappointing
Really thought this would be the perfect automatic feeder but it broke within a month. The feeder won't charge and the low power light will not go off despite us trying everything.
Horrible because I never got to use it because someone stole it
Batteries drain quickly
I I used batteries and didn’t last long maybe 3 days the bowl is floppy when attached to feeder

Very quiet food drop. Very nicely made. Super easy to clean. My cats and I love it, well worth the money!!!
Great for small food.
Large food pieces can get stuck. Easy to program. My Lab recognizes the sound of the motor and comes running when food is deposited into the bowl. Wish it had a camera or bluetooth option to operate by phone.
Highly recommend.
