Awesome chairs and great customer service

Awesome product. Love that the fit rest can be slid and hidden if not used. Great customer service. One screw was missing and they promptly sent it out no questions asked. Received it in a few days. I’d definitely buy the two chairs again and through this company.

Stylish, comfortable and great quality

Love the 2 chairs and coffee table we got. They are sturdy and comfortable and look fantastic. We went with the slate gray and it matches our patio well (and you can use any color pillows, etc.)

Built to Last

Enjoying our two new Adirondack chairs. We chose the mahogany color to go with our new house paint which is a dark green/grey. Only problem was that a rivet and bolt was missing from the slide out foot stool and still waiting to hear status of our request for a replacement part. The box was a bit tattered and rivets were not very secure so it could have slipped off during transport. Other than that, happy with our purchase and hope to have them for a long time ( vs the cheap plastic ones from the box store)!!

Not as well made

I was surprised that the quality of this item compared to other items I have purchased. It was missing two screws, came with a piece that was too short (however it was immediately replaced by Polywood). It just seems rather flimsy compared to my other items from Polyeood. I was surprised. I feel for the price, it should’ve been better quality.

Don't get in a hurry for missing parts.

Part missing. Took 4 work days to get "expedited" shipment. Brace on ottoman misaligned. Quality control questionable.....most edges on slats were rough.

Great chairs, check to be sure all hardware is there.

The chairs are great, exactly what I was looking for and love the sustainability aspect. The assembly experience was fine, we learned on one chair and the other 3 came together easily. Minus one star because the shipping boxes were rather flimsy and as a result some of the hardware from the pull out ottomans were missing. We were able to find the missing pieces for a few dollars at the local hardware store and enjoy our chairs right away rather than waiting for additional parts to be shipped out.

Anniversary gift

My husband put it together and we delivered to my son and daughter-in-law as an anniversary gift. It’s very beautiful and well constructed . I can’t wait to see where they put it in there yard !

The chairs are perfect. However for the price of these chairs you could have packed them in a sturdier box. The box was open a bit and the whole box bent. The chairs were fine but use better box material

Beautiful Chair - Disappointing QC

The retractable footrest was the final winning feature. However, it ended up being quite frustrating. The assembly instructions start with tightening the metal posts that serve as guides for extending and retracting the footrest. Tightening as much as possible still resulted in the footrest going off track on one side and unable to fully extend - it stuck out too far. We added a lock washer to take up the slack and now it works. The smooth operation of the footrest would seem like a good quality check prior to shipping.

Two options in one chair

The hide away Ottoman on this chair is great feature! It gives us the option for sun bathing during warm weather around the pool for our younger adults but still have seating around the fire pit by sliding the ottoman away under the seat when it’s colder outside.

Nice Chairs with retractable footrests

We've had two of these chairs for about two months, now. They arrived quickly, were easy to assemble, and are comfortable to sit in. We are of average height and weight, so find them to fit us well. We really like the option to have the footrest retracted out of the way for sitting or extended for lounging. It's nice to have the footrest available without having a separate piece to fill up the porch during non-use. The colors are bright and have held up to partial sun on our porch thus far -- although, admittedly, it's only been two months. We like that the chairs are made from recycled materials and are looking forward to them being more durable than wood and not needing painting to maintain their look. If we ever want to add more, we will definitely buy from here again.

A bit too low for us

We didn’t like these as much as the regular Adirondack. They are one inch lower and with bad knees, it matters. All our guests gravitated to the taller chairs also.

We LOVE it!

This is our most recent polywood purchase. We Love all the pieces we have! This one is very comfortable. The fact that you can slide the foot rest in is a great feature. My husband is 5’ 11” and just fits his feet at the end of the ottoman.

We were missing the two metal pieces on one of the chairs. We have promptly received the replacement. While we only needed two small metal pieces we were sent 1/3 of a new chair. I appreciate the effort but it was wasteful, especially for a recycled product. Polywood appears to be doing lots of things right. Minimizing the replacement pieces may be another sustainable place to consider.

Descent Chair

Chair feels higher than my other Polywood Adirondack chair. Also the ottoman part is not attached and can fall out. It’s a nice quality chair and looks great. Maybe a bit overpriced though.

Not disappointed.

Man these chairs are nice! Easy to assemble. They do give a little; however, in a good way. The colors are vibrant and the comfort is exactly what an Adirondack chair should be. Pay attention to the type of chair you are buying as some do sit higher than others. I purchased 5 chairs, a few of each design and style and I could not be happier. I will be ordering at least 4 more in the coming weeks. Shipping was fast and communication on tracking numbers was prompt. So far we have had them for 2 months and no issues to date.

Love it so much, I bought two

Just purchased a second Palm Coast Ultimate Adirondack to match the first one on our deck. Comfortable, great looking, well built, indestructible, and easy to assemble. Hideaway ottoman is a great design feature. BONUS feature: wide, flat arms are great for resting a beverage on.
