Durable material but sloppy construction

The metal bar in the back arrived too large so it doesn't fit. Had to order replacement part. Fraying plastic around all edges of the rest of the item, looks cheap. Some chipped pieces in the back. Sloppy construction. But supposedly this brand is durable and lasts for decades. I wish the design was more elegant.

Chaise

Seems good go so far, only sat in them a few times…. Construction - No support in the middle to hold slates so it will be interesting to see if they sag. Looks great by my pool and easy to assemble! Shipping was on time! Only rated a 4 because it is too soon to tell!

Great quality chaises, center slats are more bendy than I thought they would be so I hope they hold up to lots of loungers for many years.

Missing pieces, impossible to contact customer service

Chair arrived with two missing legs. Tried to reach customer service via phone and chat with no reply. Unfortunately going to have to initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider.

Cannot assemble

Received a chair with holes drilled in the wrong spot so I’m unable to assemble it. I’d expect this from a cheap wayfair item, but for a $600 chair I would think you’d drill holes in the correct spots. Unreal

Happy with my large purchase

We purchased a table, 6 dining chairs, 4 adirondack chairs, and 4 lounge chairs…everything looks amazing! 2 of the dining chairs were miscut and had to be modified to assemble (the insert on one side of seat that fits into side leg was too large and had to be cut down with a saw)…but all good now. Easy fix…Very happy with the purchase

Love them! I bought three. Price is high, but I wanted something that would last for years. I knew the Polywood brand would be the way to go. Well worth it.

They come in massive boxes. They’re a little tedious to put together, but once you put them together, they are solid. They are very heavy so if you plan on moving them around a lot, these would not be the chairs for you. I feel like I could leave these out in the middle of a hurricane and they wouldn’t go anywhere lol.

The perfect chase lounge!

This is the third one we have purchased in 7 years! Love it! It can sit out all year in the rain and snow and come summer it’s in perfect shape!

Chaise Lounge

The directions are not clear. Doesn’t show angled legs on the directions. Which way do the legs angle? Does not tell you the back of the chair should not be screwed in all the way, so that you can freely adjust the back! Product is fine, but the cushions are very thin. They should be made with zippers for deep cleaning.
