Very good construction for its normal purpose as a door mat. However, I could use more rubbery material since I am using it to stop a step up bench from sliding when the dog needs help getting up on the bed.

I use it for changing in and out of my wetsuit before and after a surf session. Doesn't soak up water and the sand shakes out easily after it dries. On a hot day, my van smells like fresh rubber tires reminding me that my mat is on board. It works for me.

Got to to cut up & attach things for cat to scrub against She doesn't want anything to do with them because of the smell and I've had them out for months. still think they're awesome but do not walk barefoot on it .I have walked Barefoot all my life causing calluses like you wouldn't believe and still they poked me really hard and hurt. so all I can say is do not walk Barefoot on these and do not attempt to stand on these if you are barefoot. otherwise still the greatest bargain I've have ever found. Not cracking curling peeling anything like that. And really great that I can just vacuum them if I don't want to lift them up and shake them or sweep them or take them out and hose them I have one on either side of my front door.

Good for Porches

As with most rubber items, this had a smell to it. It was for my back porch so the smell isn't bothering me. Update: smell went away after a few days outside

Good for the money

These do the job for our side doors. Only drawback with the pins texture is that debris gets stuck. Easy enough to shake out. Replaced old, faded mats economically.

Great size! It will definitely keep stuff off of your shoes! It came very quickly. It has the normal smell of rubber when you open but goes away quickly and is totally worth it,

Does what it is, simple as that. Replaced the garage-to-indoor door mat with this and am happy. It doesn't hurt if you're barefoot. It very much smelled like rubber when opening!

This is the perfect rubber door mat for our family, and the description was on point. I have two dogs who have the freedom of indoor or outside living at all times through two different doggy doors so I purchased 2 mats.I have tried other mats, but they just don't stand up to the rain. So every time it rained or I wanted to wash down the patio, I have to remove the mats and then what's the point of even having a mat? These mats are great, they trap the outdoor dirt and water outside, and are super easy to clean! They are simply and low to the ground and are exactly what I wanted to help keep our home clean. I got it for the garage entry to the house, replacing a standard outdoor mat. We are in a new house and this rubber mat is great in keeping the dirt out of the house. This is an all rubber mat, no cloth on this mat at all. The rubber pins are very firm, which is great for removal of dirt, as well as, keeping shoes on if they have been out in the snow or rain. We like it so much that we are looking for the next longer size for a different location.

I got this 18 x 30 rubber door mat to put at the door from my garage into the house since it is where most of the foot traffic in and out of the house occurs. The textured back holds it in place on the cement floor very well and the hundreds of pins do a great job of scraping off my shoes before tracking a mess into the house. Best part is I can easily take it outside to hose it off when dirty and it again looks like new.

Acquired this mat to help me clean my shoes off before going into the house after walking around the yard. The mat has an attractive black rubber finish and is about the optimum size (18 by 30 inches) for this application. The black pins do to a very good job of cleaning mud or yard debris off any kind of shoes one might wear around the yard. The mat is fairly thick and appears to be a durable product. Definitely recommend.

This floor mat/rug does look just like the picture. It has lots of little rubber bumps across the top and they poke up enough that you could easily catch dirt and debris in the mat to dump it off later. I got this for outside my back door and thank goodness it is outside. I opened the package and it smells like I walked into a tire store, it stinks like rubber so bad. I'm hoping that the smell dissipates quickly, but I fear that it would have stunk up an entire garage if it was in there. The quality is excellent, but the stench is horrible. I imagine it won't stink after a few weeks, but the smell is why I lowered the rating to 4 stars.

I am pleased with my new door mat. (notice the large barcode on the package, you won’t end up waiting for a price check) It measures 30 by 18 inches as you can see in my photo. This size centers nicely on the door, between garage and house, where there's usually a lot of foot traffic. The height does not interfere with opening and closing of the door. The mat is flatter at the edge and thicker at the center. I would describe the edge of the mat as an inwardly slanted frame, that I think serves two purposes. First, I think it makes it less likely to catch your toe on the mat. Second it creates a tray in the center of the mat that will trap water, mud, and snow as people come in through the door.
