I searched high and low for inexpensive but quality flush mount hardware to pair with a more expensive glass shade—and this was it. It’s simple, but it does the trick, especially when the shade is the main attraction. As a bonus, the hardware actually came with better and clearer installation instructions than any of the (many) other light fixtures I have purchased over the last few months. I was so impressed, I am going to buy more in different sizes and colors, and use them to replace all the ugly light fixtures in my finished basement, along with vintage glass shades I have found at local antique stores.
