They were un-usable and had to be returned. The rubber was cracked with pieces of the scroll design broken off and in the bottom of the box. The raised ribbed edges on 2 of them were worn down flat and no longer ribbed. As if they were old and used. I will never buy from them again.

The material is very thin and the ends of the mats are still curled up because of the way it was shipped. It has a horrible smell that doesn't come off your hands for hours even after multiple washes. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

These are too slippery on my outdoor slate steps (the purpose of the purchase). If you don’t step directly down on them they slide. They are fine on my wood steps in the back yard though.

Great addition to our front and back steps. Helps us to maintan our balance when walking up and down stairs.

This was my second time purchasing these treads. The first set lasted much longer than I expected; and I was always getting compliments and asking where I purchased them from. I brought them again because I wanted a new set. But you will not go wrong if you purchase these treads.

Bought even two sets of them because we have more than one stair. Very happy with purchase. Our son is disabled child so these mats help to control his steps when he goes up or down. Will buy more for other stairs.

The look overall is appealing. Though I do find that the material used seems quite flimsy, here’s hoping they’re durable. I’m hoping once the warm season sets in the mats will lay flat. As of today the ends curl into up because of the way they were packed.

Best for deck stairs vs front steps; try 1 set 1st

I should have ordered just one set first, as my front steps are six in number and these are an awful solution for wide and deep concrete steps in a wintry climate that gets a lot of ice. They ship rolled up, so it takes a while to flatten them out. But they are well-made and a good pattern for matching any environment. At least initially, they are a bit slippery, but that seems to go away after they've been walked on a bit. And regardless, it helps to minimize the frequency of ice problems on steps, especially if delivery people come while you're at work and you aren't there to clear ice. I ended up moving mine to my deck stairs out back, where they were a perfect fit and were going on PVC laminate surfaces vs. concrete. The extras got put by the doorway entrances from the house to the deck, where there's a bit of a lip to keep the mats from curling up again.

Nice way to keep your cement steps safe for people to walk on as well as provide a design that looks beautiful.

Terrible-fell apart within a few days!

Within a few days the rubber starting coming off around the top edges. After a week or so it was coming off all over. Terrible quality! I spent more money and got these to replace a set that were on my steps for 3 years. I returned these and purchased that other set again (from another retailer) for half the price of these! JUNK!!
