I thought for the price it would be a little sturdier. It's a bit flimsy in my opinion.

Black trellis

Putting three side-by-side, they looked absolutely stunning in the front of my house.

Marginal quality. Cross bands came warped; made of very thin sheet metal. Easy assembly, but 3 sections were incompatible as the bottom section grid didn't align with the sections above it. Have to pack it up,load it into my vehicle to take to Lowe's for a return and refund. Turned a shopping experience into a real hassle.

Solid and good height to support a climber

Seems sturdy enough to handle clematis vines. I needed a tall trellis that can be attached to a wooden privacy fence and is reasonably priced. This fit the bill. I ordered two. Easy to assemble.

Cracked in half

I have had this for maybe 2 years and it cracked in half at the joint this past winter. My climbing roses are wound through it so this is going to be a super mess to get trellis replaced. Very disappointed!!!!

Cheap

Very poor quality. It was already rusting, bent and broken at a few of the welded seams. Returned

Not as great as the old one...

This is a cheaper built trellis than the one I bought from you last year. I purchased two more of them to match. The steel is flimsy and not the quality that I had hoped for. I wish that I could have bought all three at the same time.

For the cost i expected a strong piece

It was VERY thin and because it was 3 pieces it was flimsy and un stable and didnt stand straight. It almost needed tie downs to hold it upright

Do not buy online

Misshapen/bent upon arrival. Dented packaging. No packing material. Sand/rock debris inside. Trellis itself was dusty from dirt. Clearly previously already returned.

Skimpy for the price.I know it will not last long term. Very thin metal for the lrice.

Flimsy

Comes in three pieces and when you put them together it is kind of flimsy and a bit crooked. The metal cross pieces also are not sturdy and they are also crooked. Definitely not worth $100. (If it was only $25, maybe I would have kept it, idk?)

Size and width are good but cheaply made

I actually had purchased one of these trellises last year and liked it, but this year, receiving it all of the internal lattice, was bent, and one was broke off the main stand… But being who we are we MacGyver at it, and made it work, but certainly not worth $100 more like 49.99… but I like the width and height. It’s hard to find trellises that big.

Good value

Easy assembly and reasonably sturdy. Brackets for attachment to house are a good feature. Lightweight and nice finish. Good value for the price.

Fun trellis that makes a statement

I read a few of the reviews and decided to give this trellis a chance, because I really liked the height, color and shape of this trellis. It is not as flimsy as I thought it would be based on reviews, it is sturdy enough for my project because I am mounting it to a wall. I put it together with no issues and my husband had to buy hardware (not included) and a special drill bit for the brick wall, but had no issues installing it. There were a few spots where it looked a tiny bit rusty on cross joints but I hit them with a bit of sandpaper and a quick spray of black rustoleum, that way it will be maintenance free for a few years to come. It looks great and we can't wait to see it covered in flowers. I think I am going to buy another 2 for the rest of the wall as 3 will definitely make a striking statement to frame the brick side of our garage.
