[Rewarded Review] Back breaking to lift

I did love the way the platform fits both of my monitors, etc. But I found that after using this for a while, it is so very heavy and difficult to lift up that I am ruining my back. I can hardly lift it anymore due to back injuries from doing it several times.

Love it! Fits nicely on

Love it! Fits nicely on my desk;however I am returning it because the light cherry doesn't go well with the other cherry wood in the room. However as soon as I return this one , I do plan on ordering another in black!

We purchased an X-Elite Pro

We purchased an X-Elite Pro Standing Desk Converter to use in our university library last year. Some of our students had expressed an interest in being able to stand while they study, so after some research we chose Stand Steady. We placed the adjustable desk in one of our main study areas and it has been quite popular, so much so that we had students request another one. We just received our second desk and look forward to having our students use it. It's simple to use, arrived quickly and is exactly what it is described to be on the website.

This is my first purchase and I'm here waiting, too long for my purchased itrem's delivery? And now, I find they have "No Tracking" on this site for what you are being delivered? ...Why would a company not allow new customers to know when and where. and why the late delivey is... ?

I love this corner desk! It comes fully assembled. I have to be very mindful when pulling it up so I don't strain my back. I would highly recommend!

Love my new stand up

Love my new stand up desk! Lots of space, easy to operate and I really like the material of the surface. I was having a hard time deciding what type of desk to purchase because I use my laptop keyboard as well as 2 additional monitors. All the other desks have a shelf for a regular keyboard so a laptop wouldn't fit. This flat surface allows has enough room for my laptop, wristrest, mouse, papers, etc with room to spare. I chose to mount my additional monitors to a free standing mount so as to not add weight to the desk and it worked out great. I glad I chose this desk.

I love my new desk converter. It's just what I needed.

I needed a cost-effective sit-stand

I needed a cost-effective sit-stand desk in a 3x5-foot corner space at home. I already has an IKEA 2x3-foot table, and I needed a short-legged, adjustable table almost as equal in table-top size. It had to be sturdy enough to support two 24-inch monitors, a 15-inch laptop with charging station, and a keyboard. In addition, I needed available space for an arm-rest mount, a mouse and mouse pad, a 6x9-inch steno pad, cellphone, and drink coaster. The space between the table-tops provided me with space for books and a few office supplies, as well as a place to fold and rest my legs (I'm 5'2") when sitting on my height-adjustable drafting chair. You can buy a desk converter, dual-arm monitor mount, adjustable chair, floor mat for the chair, and anti-fatigue mat for your feet, but finding the right fit for everything can get really expensive. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Adjusting to this new work-from-home/life

Adjusting to this new work-from-home/life balance has been challenging in itself with COVID-19! For the past couple of months, I've been struggling with my back problems because of my new non-ergonomic work station - my dinning room table and kitchen chair. At the moment, purchasing a stand up desk was out of the question as I have no space left in my small apartment to hold another piece of furniture. Fast forward- two weeks, since I purchased my Stand Steady desk converter and I can tell you that it's been a life-changer! The converter fits perfectly over my dinning room table and is so easy to use. I am able to work more efficiently and comfortably even when working longer hours because I'm not exhausted and frustrated by back pain from sitting for too long. I now have a choice to stand up or sit down. I highly recommend this little investment for the sake of your physical health and mental well being!

I love that it's a simple design, all one piece and reasonably portable! I have two (Dell) monitor stands on it at work, and they are pretty heavy; not too far off the 20 lb mark. So I have a little difficulty raising the desktop with all this weight on it. Another thing I didn't anticipate was the keyboard being a few inches higher on the desk in the down position, when seated in my chair. I think I may get the clip-on keyboard holder, which should help with that, as well as free up more space for paperwork on the desktop when I'm standing. It's so great to be able to stand for part of the day!

X-Elite Pro Corner Standing Corner Desk

I started having neck, shoulder back, arm and hand pain after working remotely for 10 months. Realized I had raised my "at the office" desk about 3 inches. Having a corner desk at home, I was thrilled to find this standing desk converter on one level made for a corner desk. I felt immediate relief! It also gave me more surface workspace. Great workspace, makes workmates jealous

Came fully assembled, yay! Box and packaging was easy to deal with. Product was well protected and looked as-advertised. Literally cleared off my desk and sat this down and BOOM, it was ready to go. Showed my officemates and now they all want one, too. Typing this from my new Stand Steady product right now. :)
