Horrible Condition
I am not sure if it was due to shipping damage, but the product was scratched, and the welds were rusted. Returned to store and ordered another in hopes it comes in better condition.

I only gave this product 3 stars because of the base. The base takes up a lot of room and can be a tripping hazard. I think a flat steel or round base would have been better.
