Missing Parts!!!!

I ordered this mount as a Christmas gift for my parents, however, when they went to actually set it up they noticed over half the parts were missing. They had the mounting pieces, however, all the accessory pieces like the screws were missing. Returned it through Home Depot and they were gracious enough to discount the replacement order and give me free shipping. However, we just received the replacement package and AGAIN two of the major mounting pieces are missing! It is the first two pieces listed on the packaging slip! Beyond upset at this company and will never order from them again. I wouldn't be surprised if their products sitting in the Home Depot stores have missing pieces as well, their packaging department sucks! I highly recommend cutting ties with this company!

Stupid Awesome

This unit is built like a tank. Mounts to the wall very easily with three drywall anchors. Unit well worth the $16 I paid for it. Also Wards off Spirits from Ancient Aliens that appear on my TV.

Not for trucks

In go.e use would be great and does as it says . I installed this into my tractor trailer and it's definitely not designed for vibration.

Good little TV support

Bought this for my camper and I would say it has some weight to it, yet it is very stout, and as long as I get it attached firmly it will be perfect for my little 24 inch TV. This will be very functional in my camper.

Easy to assemble and install. I use it on an old 4:3 Monitor but it's quite heavy. This product had no problem handling it's weight.

Not Bad, but wouldn't buy this design again due to the how TV clamps to swing arm

The reason I wouldn't recommend this TV swing arm is, this kit allows you to clip the TV onto the swing arm after you mount the swing arm to the wall, which I thought was a good thing, but it's design in the attachment is not so good and to unclip is a real pain in the neck to get to release. The brackets that attach to the TV are a little loose once you bolt and clip every together. I think next time I would prefer a plate mounting to the TV a bit more ridge and safer for earth quake events for Southern CA region.

Perfect for small TV

Easy to install on both wall and TV. I had the advantage of being able to attach directly to stud.

Mission accomplished

Although I did not buy it for the intended purpose, it worked very well for what I hoped to do with it--mount an outdoor Clearstream4 antenna on an inside wall. I'm getting good TV signals and it is easy to use the swivel to aim at stations.
