This item requires about an hour of assembly, and when I got to the end, the leaves of the table didn't drop down like they should. The holes on their underside weren't in exactly the right position, so the hinges didn't latch or release smoothly. The leaves were not level with the top when extended. I had to detach the leaves from the table, figure out where the holes should be, and, with the screws, drill new holes into the particle board.

I’m very happy with this printer stand. It was easy to put together and the folding arms give me a bigger work area to hold a tray of paper.

The product turned out great, a little better instructions to put it together would be nice

It arrived and I had a professional person assemble it (contractor) and it did not come with the correct pieces to allow the leaves to move up and down. It seemed like to much of a hassle to call and complain so he put it together and the leaves are permanently open.I had the box sitting in my office for 3-4 wks before I discovered the parts problem. That is another reason I decided to avoid the complaint process. Its a great size, a good cart but if you have to call to complain and wait on hold and all that jazz I would just prefer to skip it!

This is a quality piece of equipment.

The holes for the screws are in exactly the right spot. As we assembled the unit, all the parts fit perfectly. This machine stand is not going to fall apart. The warranty is for five years.

Poorly Designed and Manufactured

The drop leaves are held in place with an unusual design which would work if the parts fit together perfectly. But they don't. On our table at least, the parts didn't fit easily and the leaves had to be hammered into place in their extended position. Lowering them again would require the hammer again. Otherwise the table is fine, but the "drop" leaves are more like permanent fixtures.
