I wanted the right size rolling file cart, something sturdy, quick and fail-safe assembly (no complaints of screw holes not drilled out because everything slides into place), and reasonably attractive. I have now assembled 4 of these. The one thing I had hoped for was a shelf below the hanging files, not just at the bottom of the cart. The bottom shelf fits perfectly below the files but a second shelf was not available for purchase (I asked). So I traced the shelf and cut an extra shelf out of the cardboard mailing box that it came in and that worked great! It is not visible and catches anything that might fall between hanging files. *I would post a pic but Home Essentials Direct asks for more access to pics and camera than I feel comfortable with.

I followed directions but nothing stayed together in order to put additional pieces together. one wire was out and it took awhile to insert it. I put the wheels on and when I turned it over to put in shelf, the wheels fell off. If I did the opposite, then the wheels fell off. Will never buy this item again and would not keep even if given to me for free.

Such a better organizer than a file drawer. Can easily see the files to locate what you want. Easy to put together. Rolls easy even on carpet.

First let me say I shopped around a lot and although this was more than I wanted to pay it was worth it!!! First it is very sturdy! It took (looks at watch) literally 3 minutes to assemble!! It did not come in a million pieces!! I do not have time for IKEA project type items so if you like little to no assembly, a quality sturdy file cart look no further!!!

It’s exactly as described. Just put the caster in and unfold it. Slip the shelf and handles on and ready to go. No tools needed. My kind of project. And it’s strong. Already have a years worth of files in it. Very pleased. Thinking about ordering a second one.
