Dissatisfied

This is the second patio table I purchased. I opened the box yesterday for the first time because I found someone to put it together for me. When I opened the box there was no tools in the box !! I do not want a refund but would like for the tools to be expedited to me . I have my grandson’s party planned for the 20th of April and need this table. This is my second email. I need an eta when this should arrive. Thank you
