Never Received 100 seat Covers

I emailed company and I haven’t got a response. I wanted a refund for 100 chair covers I never received. I purchased 200 and only received 100. I didn’t find out I was shorted until the day of my event. I’m still waiting on response and refund.

Fit perfectly on all chairs, look fabulous for our wedding.

Cheaply made, Loose threading , frayed elastic

If I had time to return these I would. The product is cheaply made. They have loose threading and the elastic on the inside threading is raveling apart. They have excess, uncut threads on a material. I am hoping that they hold up for the event that I will be hosting and not rip apart at the seams, which would be an embarrassment. The company needs to do better and not charge an arm an a leg for a product when you do not take the time to make sure everything is 100%. correct
